These are the Terms and Conditions that apply to the use of the website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated by us from time to time without any notice to you. Particular services provided by the website may be governed by additional or alternative Terms and Conditions, which will be posted on the website. By using the website you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Some terminology

“Company” means Mastores Solutions Ltd trading as;
“ website” means the Company’s website;
“Profile Information” means the information provided by a Candidate including (without limitation) name, email address, location, and current role.
“Personal data” has the meaning as more particularly defined in the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) Law of 2001.

1. Use of material

1.1. You can download, print and copy material from the website for your own personal use. You must not reproduce any part of the website or its material unless the Company have granted you permission to do so.

2. Liability

2.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude or limit the Company’s liability to you for fraud or statements made fraudulently; or for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2.2 To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 2.1 the Company accepts no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, (without limitation), any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

2.3 To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 2.1 the Company does not warrant that (i) details of vacancies will be current, complete or accurate or up to date; (ii) applications for vacancies will be successful; (iii) the website or any of its contents are virus free; or (iv) the provision of any of the services of the Company will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Email exchanges and newsletters

3.1. Messages from the Company may be confidential. If you are not the intended recipient you should not copy or disclose any message to anyone but should kindly notify the sender and delete the message.

3.2. The Company accepts no responsibility for viruses and it is the recipient’s responsibility to scan any email and any attachments.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to access and disclose all messages sent over its email system.

3.4. When signing up for our newsletter service, the Company, in addition to those details obtained when registering for an account on website will also collect your job searching preferences. This information will only ever be used by the Company.

3.5. The Company does not guarantee that the newsletter service will be compatible with your email provider.

3.6. The Company can cancel access to the newsletter service at any time if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) Law of 2001

4.1. Cyprus implemented the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC in November 2001 with the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual) Law of 2001 and its amendments (Law No. 37(I)/2003, 105(I)/2012)).

4.2 For the purposes of the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of Individuals) Law of 2001, the Company is the “data controller” in respect of personal information that we obtain from you via the Website.

5. General

5.1. Notwithstanding that any terms may prove to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

5.2. Except as expressly set out in these terms, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any provisions of this Agreement.

5.3. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy constitute the whole agreement between you and us relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior arrangements or promises between you and us relating to this subject matter. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud.

5.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Cyprus Law and you and the Company hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot Courts.

6. Accessing external websites

6.1 You can access other sites via links from the website. These sites are not under the control of the Company, and the Company accepts no responsibility for any content on such sites or for any use to which they put any personal or confidential information provided by you.
